Information we use

Your device stores your favorite genres, saved titles, ratings, titles you mark as watched, skipped recommendations, display settings, and reminder settings. The app does not automatically detect what you watch in other apps.

If you create an account, our authentication service processes your email address and password. The app stores session credentials in the device Keychain. Your account identifier, preferences, watchlist, ratings, and viewing feedback are sent to our backend to sync your library and make recommendations.

Search terms and discovery filters are sent to our backend when you search or request recommendations. Hosting and authentication services can process connection information, such as IP addresses, request times, and error logs, to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information to provide accounts, sync your library, recommend titles, answer support requests, and keep the service working. Your ratings and genre preferences help rank recommendations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising tracking.

Service providers and external links

Supabase provides our current backend and account services. Cloudflare hosts this website. Apple processes any App Store subscriptions and provides purchase status to the app. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Artwork and trailers can load from external providers. Opening a trailer or other external link connects to that provider, which has its own privacy policy. Movie catalog data comes from TheTVDB. Infrastructure providers can process information in countries outside your country.

Storage and deletion

Your local library stays on your device until you clear it or remove the app. Synced account information stays in the backend while your account exists. You can export your library and delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes the account and its associated library data from the active backend. Service logs and backups can remain until the provider retention period ends.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available in your country, contact us at the email above. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

Your choices

You can use local features without an account. Notifications need your permission and use a local reminder. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings. You can change your preferences, remove saved titles, sign out, export your library, or delete your account.

Children and policy changes

The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will update this page when our data practices change and provide additional notice when required.
